Marc de Sousa
My work in corporate sustainability spans two and half decades. I have worked in over 40 developed and developing countries with some of the largest companies, organizations and non-governmental organizations in the world. I have had the honor to know poor women farmers in Malawi whose financial skills could run rings around anyone I know, middle class community organizers, Heads of Central Banks, Fortune 500 CEOs, amazing corporate sustainability thinkers, leaders, movers and shakers and more…
These experience inform my understanding of the possibilities and constraints faced by companies and their stakeholders in the pursuit of more and better corporate sustainability.
I am currently a partner at ES Global Consulting International based in Mexico. I hold an MA from the University of Toronto and BA from the University of British Columbia. I beautiful life partner, three kids, four dogs and a bunch of chickens that teach me many things and give me tasty eggs to boot.
